Charge
The Committee:
1) Estimates the workforce needs in our
subspecialty in coming years
2) Finds ways to better attract and retain trainees in our subspecialty
3) Evaluates the βquality of lifeβ for pediatric nephrologists and ways to
enhance it.
Membership
The Workforce Committee shall consist of members appointed by Council. A Council
member and an at-large member serve as Co-Chairs.
