The committee:
1) Audits the annual financial report of the Society
2) Approves the financial report prepared by the Secretary-Treasurer to be presented to the Council and the membership at the annual business meeting

Membership
The Audit Committee is a bylaws mandated committee and shall consist of three members appointed by Council. The senior member of the committee serves as Chair.
